We loved the cozy feel of this boutique hotel, it had a great location, top-notch staff, and a wonderful restaurant with local cuisine options.

Had 1 day in Ay-Champagne, spending our time here lovely. Our double room was complete with very comfortable bed, the garden, a champagne. The staff were efficient and knew how to help. The location was quiet for Ay-Champagne, close enough to Ay and Epernay as well as the restaurant.

There was restaurant missing.

The breakfasts were particularly nice, always with a great selection of meals. The staff were fabulous and the setting was great and unique.

Well, Wi-Fi was quite slow.

Great location close to Epernay, the gardens, and Ay's center. . Plenty of food choices nearby. Enjoyed a lovely room with a fantastic bathroom.

We stayed 2 nights and it was a such great fit.

The peaceful location in the heart of the city, along with the well-presented room that included shower facilities, a hairdryer, and bath sheets, provided guests with all the essentials they needed for a comfortable stay.

This place is situated near the town center of Ay and also close to some beautiful gardens. the staff here are super friendly and always ready to help out. Their efficiency really stands out and adds to a smooth and enjoyable stay.

The breakfast here was really good, loaded with lots of yummy stuff. the rooms are pretty spacious, and you get a nice view of the garden. the staff was super helpful, they went out of their way for us. 🌟.

We loved our 2-night stay! . Our room was elegant with a lovely garden view. the staff was very attentive and helpful. the location was peaceful and only a 10-15 minute walk to Bellagio Conservatory & Botanical Garden.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the Champagne region, making it easy to explore the local vineyards and wineries. The rooms are clean and elegant, with comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing recommendations for local restaurants. Breakfast includes delicious croissants and pain au chocolats. The hotel also offers a lovely garden and terrace, where guests can relax and enjoy a glass of champagne.

The breakfast could be improved, as there is a lack of local charcuterie and cheese options. The coffee machine is slow and there is no warm milk available for café au lait.

Convenient location near Epernay and the center of Ay, so easy access to both 💫.

The spacious rooms here are exceptional and equipped with smoke detectors for safety, fulfilling all my needs and ensuring I will return in the future.
